Adrian Claudius-Cole is the founder and C.E.O of Gritly, and B.M.E (Black Millennial Entrepreneurs) Connect. A firm believer in the power of networks and connecting, Adrian is solving the problem of social capital for aspiring and new black entrepreneurs. Gritly, in combination with offline events, aims to serve as a platform for Black Entrepreneurs to establish and improve social capital and personal connections regardless of background, locations, social, or economic status. He was inspired to launch Gritly because of his difficulties in connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs.
Adrian has a BSc. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, with expertise in product design and development, with over 20 unique products developed. He also shares a passion for problem-solving, new technology, and community building. Adrian lives in South Florida, he is a millennial father to one, traveler, creative designer, and an inventor who loves everything about building startups.
Adrian serves his community through active memberships with ULBCYPN, and New Leaders Council, where he also serves on the board of Directors for the Broward County chapter.
