After launching her second successful company, The GREY Management Firm, Ms. Dunn worked on strategic projects with clients from brands such as Starbucks, Disney, and Marriott. L. Celest, founded The GREY Management Firm to function as a vehicle for guiding clients through their intricate process of production, hospitality, and brand representation. She has planned and overseen projects all over the country, many include multi-day conferences with guests numbering in the thousands, as well as social events. Her ability to “Hack the Content” allows her to create solutions to specifically address the desires of her diverse clientele.

An avid believer in community service and investment, L. Celest Dunn has enjoyed the opportunity to volunteer over 500 + hours of her time and expertise to contribute to the mission of organizations such as Habitat For Humanity, The United Way, and the NAACP. As a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Ms. Dunn continues to demonstrate her commitment as a servant-leader and advocate for women, minorities, and her community as a whole.
L. Celest’s passion for entrepreneurship, has enabled her Firm to partner with her alma mater, The Florida State University, in developing an internship/ mentorship program that allows advanced graduate level students, from all industry backgrounds, to work specifically with The Grey Management Firm and Ms. Dunn during a 3-month long intensive. This highly successful program was developed to offer entrepreneurial insight and strategy to both business students and business owners, and the program’s impact has continued to amplify, as over 40 successful graduates have taken bold steps towards their future! L. Celest considers it a great honor to be able to contribute to the vision of fellow entrepreneurs. By providing guidance and support to both the current and next generation of powerful business owners, Ms. Dunn looks to create a legacy of empowerment and excellence!
